Krishnamacharya said, “If you can breathe, you can do yoga.”
Are you ready to connect to the essence that weaves together your body, breath, and soul?
I invite you to step away from the noise of the outside world and return to yourself.
Through intentional movement, conscious breath, and focused awareness, you’ll create space to quiet the mind and deepen your connection to your inner truth.
This journey begins in stillness—releasing distractions, softening the body, and turning your attention inward. In that silence, you begin to hear the quiet voice within: the voice of intuition, wisdom, and knowing.
Join me on this inward path—one of self-discovery, healing, and reconnection. Your breath is the gateway.
Your presence is the key.

Grace Marshall
Each time I attend a practice it's somehow exactly what I needed.
She is always welcoming, super caring and so calming.
I really like the new studio at Mona Vale, it's lovely inside and there's loads of parking, close to coffee shops and right behind Pittwater Place.
Shelley Hull
Lyn is a truly wonderful yoga teacher, I feel like I'm getting so much benefit from my yoga classes now that I hadn't gotten before and it's definitely due to Lyn's teachings. It's a beautiful space also, I always look forward to my classes.
Natalie Stuart
Lyn’s teaching has helped my fitness. Tennis elbow and my day to day coping methods in being a busy mum and business owner. Lyn takes the time to find out injuries and personal goals and puts them into place in class. I try to go each day and she helps my day to day mental health and has been instrumental in healing my tennis elbow and helping me strengthen my body and keep being able to play competitive tennis. Also she has become a lovely friend. I cannot recommend her enough.

Inspired by Nature
Soham’s foundation is deeply rooted in the five elements: Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Space—each offering a doorway into deeper balance and connection.
Honoring Yogic tradition, our practice opens a pathway for your soul’s essence to reconnect with the infinite abundance of the universe. It offers permission to pause, breathe, and return to yourself—through conscious connection with Self and Source.
Each session is lovingly designed to gently guide you into stillness and expanded self-awareness. With intention and heart-centered guidance, we invite you on a transformative inward journey—where healing, growth, and clarity unfold.
The Name: Soham
The Sanskrit word Soham is a sacred mantra meaning “I am That.” In Vedic philosophy, it signifies the union of the individual self with the universal consciousness—an affirmation of oneness with all that is.
My personal connection to this mantra began during a guided meditation. In that stillness, I recognized a profound truth: I am more than this body, more than my thoughts—I am an extension of the universe itself. That realization awakened a vision of boundless potential, reminding me that when we release limiting beliefs, we step into infinite possibility.
I chose the name Soham for this offering to serve as a reminder: we are always supported by something greater. When we trust that connection, all things become possible.
The Power of Stillness
When we strip away everything we think defines us, what remains is the simple, undeniable truth of being. Stillness—one of life’s greatest challenges—often eludes us because we fill our days to avoid meeting our own consciousness. But within stillness lies liberation: freedom from mental noise, from attachment, and from the illusions of identity.
In this space of quiet, magic unfolds. You reconnect with the inner well of peace and presence that is always available to you. Here, beyond distraction, you soften into bliss and align with your true essence.
We invite you to embrace the mantra: i.am.that.
Through this journey, you’ll awaken to unconscious habits, release familiar patterns, and begin to move through life with clear, intentional awareness—guided by your true nature.
Soham is the highest knowledge. The realization of Soham is life’s greatest purpose.
i.am.that.
Namaste,
Lyn
